Great host, easy communication and subsequently gave us suggestions on where the food is good and which places are worth visiting. The house has 2 floors, the 2nd one was just for us (there was no one on the 1st). The parking lot is enough for at least 2 cars, not to mention 3 (inside the yard of the house). Great rooms! Large living room + kitchen with a large window to a large terrace with two tables for at least 7-8 people with a view of the sea. Two bedrooms with two single attached beds (very comfortable mattresses), air conditioning in each room and a bathroom between the two rooms with a washing machine in the room itself. There were also TVs in all rooms. You have about 100-200m. dirt road from the main road to the villa itself, but you can also drive a low car!
The only minus I would give is that despite the hydrophore, we were not able to adjust the water pressure and it was difficult to take a shower, and in the kitchen the water barely flowed, and if you are a large company, think about the person who will wash the dishes.
At about a kilometer or less (you can quickly reach it on foot) you will find all the beach bars with full equipment of umbrellas, sunbeds and tents. Like on the 1st and 2nd line by the sea it was 20€ umbrellas on the third 10€, the tents although they were also 20€ min. consumption was 100€ this is for La Roca, which we also stayed for 5 days because it was the cleanest beach for us, the umbrellas really kept shade unlike in most places where your shade is 2 meters from your seat and there was enough space at least 3m. to your neighbor. I don't remember the names of the neighboring Liquid and other bars, the prices are the same umbrellas bumped a maximum meter from each other. By the way, La Roca also gave free small umbrellas if you don't have enough shade from your own, but they run out quickly (you have to ask for them, of course).
The water pressure!
